Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving incoming calls from current and prospective new customers, accurate and timely order entry & processing, providing information to customers as it relates to their account or orders, suggestive selling and professional problem solving in a manner that is fiscally responsible.

Incumbents are also responsible for effectively managing their time in a manner that generates to contact customers in an effort to generate additional sales maintain accurate contact information.

Qualifications: 1. Communicates product knowledge, pricing and operational procedures to customer.

  1. Process orders via fax, phone, email and /or those placed by sales department.

  2. ability to closely check orders for accuracy

  3. monitor customer credit status before releasing order to production.

  4. process credit card charges and obtain autorhization prior to release of order to production.

  5. monitor time-sensitive orders to ensure commitments to customers are met.

  6. professionally handle customer complaints from incoming call/contact, through resolution.

  7. initiate contact with inactive accounts in an effort to re-establish business relationship.

  8. assist in maintenance of customer files.

  9. Perform other related duties as required.
