Job Title: Construction Project Superintendent
Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a full-time Construction Project Superintendent based in Grand Rapids. In this pivotal role, you will lead commercial construction projects, ensuring seamless operations and excellent results. Your responsibilities will include supervising the jobsite, managing various subcontractor teams, and implementing quality and safety assurance programs. You'll also develop project schedules, maintain a safe work environment, assist in project constructability, expedite material approvals, oversee job closeouts, administer progress meetings, and ensure the construction budget is met by monitoring expenditures and implementing corrective actions.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with an initial contract duration of 9 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Work Environment
This role supports field operations, responsible for the completion of projects and management of all onsite subcontractors. Reporting to the general superintendent, you will work 40-50 hour week.
