Join us at Lincoln Tech in Grand Prairie, TX where we are inviting experienced Welders to step into the role of Part-time Instructors in our Welding program. No teaching experience is required for this role - Your passion for and mastery of the field will transform you into an invaluable educator. Embrace the opportunity to share your expertise to the next generation of welders.

Key Qualifications

5+ years of field experience in Pipe Welding / Structural Welding within the last 10 years:

  • GMAW - MIG

  • GTAW - TIG

  • SMAW – Stick

  • FCAW - Flux-cored arc

  • Plasma Cutting

Responsibilities

  • Teach Welding Technologies classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited training program

  • Provide hands-on Welding training for student skill development in our fully equipped facility

  • Encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability

  • Motivate and engage the class in a positive setting

  • Support and communicate progress with students

  • Prepare students for a successful in-demand career in Welding Technology

  • Great communication skills

  • Proficient in technology

  • Teaching experience a plus

  • High school diploma/GED
