Lockheed Martin Security Representative Stf / Lvl 4 / CPSO / Top Secret / TX in Grand Prairie, Texas
Description: Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services is seeking an Security Representative Staff / Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to join the security team in Grand Prairie TX.
This CPSO will manage security requirements for a large and fast moving Special Access Program. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of security to include, personnel, physical, technical, policy guidance research, and classification management utilizing the requirements set forth in 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4 and ICD 705. Duties also include high level program leadership briefings, presentations, completing Program Access Requests (PAR), classified meeting support, program management support and security education.
Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership ad enterprise business partners.
Develops and obtains approvals for multiple plans in support of new test environments and facilities/labs being constructed on site.
Basic Qualifications:
― Change management experience and process-discipline skillsets
― Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4 and ICD 705.
― The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
― Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills
― Top Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years

― Experience using DISS and JADE
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
