May perform a wide variety of complex setups and adjustments, holding tolerances to blueprint and work instruction specifications. May perform a variety of tests, checkouts, troubleshooting and rework on components, instruments, and assemblies. May prepare reports and suggest improvements and modifications from data collected. May use variety of measuring devices, blueprint reading and mathematical calculations. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical or other control procedures.

Knowledge of standardized rules, procedures, and operations, within a specialized field/work area. ​In-depth experience in a technical field. ​Selectively extracts, verifies, and compiles objective and measurable data. ​In some instances, may modify existing processes, methods, and approaches. ​May be working toward a professional qualification.

Qualifications:

Understand computer processes involved in daily operations. In depth knowledge and expertise in multiple departments. Accomplish repairs with minimal supervision. Be able to troubleshoot assemblies and determine serviceability of components. Administer training on basic processes/procedures and be able to detect process failures.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience and ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals. High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
