Honeywell Industrial Maintenance Lead in Grand Prairie, Texas

As an Industrial Maintenance Lead here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support for conveyor systems. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support for conveyor systems.

Must be open to both shifts below:

  • Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

  • Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 6:30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support for conveyor systems.

  • Oversee field service operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery

  • Assign and schedule field service technicians to meet customer demands and service level agreements

  • Provide technical expertise and support for complex technical issues, both remotely and on-site

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs

  • Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers

  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.

  • Three years' experience supervising industrial maintenance teams.

WE VALUE

  • Previous industry experience

  • Previous technical/installation experience

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Good written and oral communication

  • Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes

  • Bachelor degree or technical/professional certificate

  • Good presentation skills
