Honeywell Industrial Maintenance Lead in Grand Prairie, Texas

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support for conveyor systems.
Must be open to both shifts below:
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 6:30pm
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support for conveyor systems.
Oversee field service operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
Assign and schedule field service technicians to meet customer demands and service level agreements
Provide technical expertise and support for complex technical issues, both remotely and on-site
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
Three years' experience supervising industrial maintenance teams.
