Position : Building Maintenance Worker

Lincoln Tech in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a talented Maintenance professional to elevate the standards of our property upkeep. This role would involve responding to work orders, maintenance issues, and any assigned projects in a timely manner. Help us to ensure the smooth operation and appearance of our facilities for the benefit of our students and staff. This is a great opportunity for individuals with apartment maintenance experience.

Key Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience/training

  • General handyman experience, including general knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and building trades.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all types of routine maintenance work

  • Service onsite equipment and machinery

  • Conduct monthly maintenance and safety checks in buildings, and of machinery and equipment

  • Respond to after-hours maintenance calls, when required

  • Perform inventory control and tracking

  • Ability to transport, handle and/or lift up to 75lbs.

  • Valid Driver's License
