Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team and support our Supply Chain department in achieving its major goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supply chain management, process optimization, and customer satisfaction. The Supply Chain Operations Specialist will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing best practices, and ensuring efficient operations across the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and lead actions to improve service rates and inventory optimization.

• Participate in and support the Master Scheduling Manager with the creation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Harmonize processes with corporate standards to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ensure customer satisfaction related to internal customers by addressing their needs and concerns.

• Develop and maintain operating procedures, work instructions, and standard work for production activities.

• Implement operational best practices to improve production capacity, quality, and reliability.

• Work on process improvement and process optimization initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

• Analyze repair facilities' capacity requirements and align on load leveling targets. Develop capacity 'What If' simulation models for the end-to-end manufacturing process.

• Support efforts to ensure Customer On-Time Delivery requirements are met and Aged Work in Progress (WIP) targets are achieved through KPI monitoring and analysis.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Experience in supply chain operations, process improvement, and/or project management is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and supply chain management software.

• Six Sigma or Lean certification is preferred.

• Experience in forecasting and capacity planning is a plus.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
