JOB SUMMARY Our company is seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Field Technician to perform various forms of ski lift, gondola and tram maintenance. This role will work directly with customers through hands-on mechanical work and a high regard to safety and reliability of equipment. This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $22.00-$26.00 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Work directly with customers to complete timely repairs and maintenance. Follow Standard Operating Procedures regarding maintenance, repair, safety and compliance. Perform mechanical repairs to ski lift equipment using hand and power tools. Troubleshoot faulty machinery & diagnose the root cause of the malfunction using diagnostic tools and problem-solving abilities. Document maintenance and repairs in our company's task management system.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma/GED equivalent. Minimum 1 year of heavy mechanical repair experience. Ability to read and interpret drawings and prints. Ability to travel up to 80% of the time with a valid driver's license. Ability to work in inclement weather in a mountainous environment at heights in excess of 20 feet. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Authorized to work in the United States of America. Proficient in the English language.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in ski lift maintenance & repair. At least 1 year of previous NDT experience (MT/PT).
