JOB SUMMARY Our company is seeking seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Manufacturing Pre-Assembler to assemble components and sub-assemblies as part of the pre-assembly process. This role will work with a variety of hand tools to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, grinding, and sanding to ensure precise fit and function. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and safety protocols. This is a full-time, hourly position currently hiring for day & weekend shifts at $18.00-$23.00 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Assemble components and sub-assemblies to prepare them for final assembly. - Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings to understand assembly requirements. - Positions or aligns components and parts by using templates, reading measurements, both manually and with hoists. - Conducts quality control tests on parts and assemblies for functionality and troubleshoot issues as they arise. - Maintains inventory by checking stock to determine supply levels, placing and tracking orders, and verifying receipt of supplies. - Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. - Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times to prevent injury. - Performs other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - High school diploma/GED equivalent. - At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. - Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures. - Authorized to work in the United States of America. - Proficient in the English language. - At least 18 years of age.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS - At least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly/pre-assembly shop.
