Description:

Our company is looking for a full-time Administrative Support Representative for our client Western Region One Source (WROS). The WROS is a state facility that operates under the Division of Veterans Affairs with the focus of serving Veterans, Service Members and their families. They strive to achieve this goal through partnerships with community organizations, non-profits and leased tenants acting as a "One Stop" offering many services in one location.

Additional Information:

Full-time: 32 - 40 hours per week

Business Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Environment: All work is performed onsite

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Description of Job Duties:

Act as first point of contact for visitors and clients Utilize multi-function phone systems Ensure a clean, pleasant and welcoming atmosphere Assess visitor needs and direct them to the appropriate individual to meet their needs Perform a variety of clerical activities to include: * typing, emails, copying, faxing, filing, taking minutes for meetings * maintaining various databases and spreadsheets Receive and coordinate the mailings for professionals and clients in the facility Assist with upkeep of facility (spot cleaning, organizing, visual inspections) Maintain strict confidentiality at all times and handle sensitive data appropriately

This position is temporary for 3 months. The right candidate may qualify for a permanent position if/when it comes available.
