Purpose & Scope:

Our Company is in search of an experienced Inventory Assistant who will be working in the Supply department at the Grand Island, NE facility. The mission of the Inventory assistant is to attain his/her work safely and ergonomically with the highest level of quality; being consistent and efficient.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:

• Ensure that cardboard inventory is accurate

• Update trailer log accordingly

• Report cardboard concerns

• Operates forklift safely and efficiently

• Loads and unload units of cardboard needed for production areas

• Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you work effectively with other departments.

• Practices and enforces safe work habits

• Ability to read, write and speak English

• Ability to perform basic math skills including: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication and percentage calculations

• Ability to obtain a forklift license

• Ability to work in a cold environment

• Ability to learn new procedures

• Familiarity with computer system: Excel

• Ability to work variable hours and excellent attendance required

• Ability to lift 75 pounds
