Ideal Aerosmith, Inc. Customer Support Assistant in Grand Forks, North Dakota
Position Description [Customer focus is a core value at Ideal Aerosmith. This position will take a proactive approach to delivering a superior customer experience by supporting customer inquiries such as service quotes, RMAs, support cases and other service-related questions. The Customer Support Assistant will report to the Service and Support Manager and will closely coordinate with the Service and Sales teams.

- Work with customers on RMA inquires, pricing and return instructions.
- Internal RMA paperwork such as repair reports and CRM entry, and coordination with sales order entry.
- Assist sales with service estimates/pricing and details for quotes.
- Post order status tracking, internally and externally.
- Create support cases and updates within CRM system.
- Follow up with customers via phone and email.
- Communicate with customers directly and proactively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers on periodic calibrations service needs.
- Participates in continuous improvement activities to assist in meeting company goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
