Essential Responsibilities:
Moving blades using various equipment from one station to another or from building to building and place in proper position for the next task
Use a wide variety of large material handling equipment to position and load blade parts and completed blades
Assure blades are braced and strapped per specifications
Moving materials as necessary
Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Desired Characteristics:
Experience operating a forklift or other equipment
Ability to work independently and as a team
Ability to follow work rules, carry out instructions either written, oral, or diagram form
Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
Ability to follow all safety rules and wear all PPE as required
Ability and willingness to work overtime, various shifts, holidays and weekends, as required
Desire to take ownership and accountability in work and in company success
Ability to work in a lean and fast-paced environment
Shift: 10:00pm-6:30am
