Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Moving blades using various equipment from one station to another or from building to building and place in proper position for the next task

  • Use a wide variety of large material handling equipment to position and load blade parts and completed blades

  • Assure blades are braced and strapped per specifications

  • Moving materials as necessary

  • Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience operating a forklift or other equipment

  • Ability to work independently and as a team

  • Ability to follow work rules, carry out instructions either written, oral, or diagram form

  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral)

  • Ability to follow all safety rules and wear all PPE as required

  • Ability and willingness to work overtime, various shifts, holidays and weekends, as required

  • Desire to take ownership and accountability in work and in company success

  • Ability to work in a lean and fast-paced environment

Shift: 10:00pm-6:30am
