Kapco Inc. is looking for an experienced Tool & Die Maker to join one of our shifts at our Grafton, WI facility. Primary Responsibilities Building new and repairing of existing die consisting of progressive dies, jigs and fixtures Holds extremely close tolerances, which will reduce the cost and improve the speed and quality of various production operations Lays out and performs bench and machine operations to construct, alter and repair dies, jigs, fixtures and special tools Performs tool and die maintenance and repairman duties Verifies quality and print specifications are met Other duties as assigned Education & Experience Requirements (depending on position) 2 year trade school program or equivalent Journeyman\'s Card 5+ year\'s previous experience in building new metal stamping and progressive dies About Kapco Metal Stamping Kapco is known for investing in its people and creating a culture of engagement, and is equally as committed to giving back to the community.
