Spudnik Parts Sales Lead (Grafton, ND) in Grafton, North Dakota

Job Title: Parts Sales Lead Department: Grafton Job Summary Maximize spare parts sales. Responsible for all parts sales and movement in the production warehouses. Oversee and manage the necessary transactions to ensure physical organization and identification of parts and the re-ordering of parts to maintain stocking levels and meet inventory turns goals. Manage and direct all inventory and parts sales personnel. Duties and Responsibilities • Participate with management in setting parts sales goals, seasonal offers, and other programs • Participate with management to develop and execute plans to achieve parts sales goals • Assist other Spudnik locations and dealers with Grimme spare parts, as needed • Participate in activities such as dealer shows and other community events to develop business relationships • Supervise, coach and mentor a staff. Responsible for providing instruction, feedback, and performance reviews. • With management, determine appropriate staffing levels and assist with hiring and firing decisions • Conduct and appropriately communicate customer needs analyses • Continuously monitor and communicate knowledge of the competitive market • Assure a rigid organization of parts identification, location, and organization • Maintain an accurate accounting of inventory through process control and regular cycle counts • Cooperate, collaborate and support all Spudnik locations and Spudnik dealers when ordering parts • Assist management with preparing a parts sales forecast as needed • Work with Purchasing to replenish inventory • Work in a team environment with little or no supervision • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment • Perform other duties as assigned or needed Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably related to agriculture • Proficient skill with computer software, particularly Microsoft Office Products • Analytical skills to include forecasting and trend analysis • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit • Committed team-player • Demonstrated Integrity • Excellent customer service and communication skills Machines Operated • Forklift, vehicle, computer, copier, fax machine, calculator.
