  • 2nd shift is 2:00pm to 10:00am | Pay rate: $16.95

  • 3rd shift is 11:00pm to 7:00am | Pay Rate: $17.05

Manpower is hiring for production workers on 2 nd shift and 3rd shift for a client in Gordonsville, TN. These positions are temp-to-hire based on performance and attendance. ENTRY LEVEL OPPORTUNITY!

What jobs are available?

  • Observe for defects and machine malfunctions.

  • Maintain equipment and tools as needed.

  • Report all safety hazards, quality issues and/or material shortages to Team Leader.

  • Learn and perform all job steps and procedures (i.e. work instructions, processes, etc) to successfully perform the operation.

What you bring to the job?

  • Reliable and with strong work ethic

  • High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED)
