About the role

We are ready to hire the best! Is that you? CBRE facilities support could be your ideal career path to provide assistance to the Facility Management team, take charge and ensure the successful completion of client facility needs!

What you'll do

  • Respond to client inquires or concerns and provide consistent communication to ensure timely and quality service delivery to clients.

  • Build work orders and assign them to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors while assisting management in solving matters.

  • Provide reports on open and closed assignments, check status with the appropriate technician or vendor. Maintain files on work orders, proposals, and department files.

  • Create vendor files and check accuracy on completed paperwork submitted by vendors.

  • Train vendors on work order and billing procedures. Process invoices and ensure accurate cost center coding.

  • Assist with the inspections on the facility campus and use pc and/or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training. Assist with process and procedure training.

  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding with the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to efficiently present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.

What you'll need

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office, Outlook and preferred work order system experience.

Strong communication and customer service.

Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders and ability to lift and carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required and a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
