Here's what you'll do:

  • Digital Design Dynamo:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, on-brand designs for e-commerce sites, emails, and social media initiatives.

  • Utilize seasonal campaign assets and original creative to craft cohesive digital experiences.

  • Stay informed on the latest web design trends and share insights with the team.

  • Brand Storytelling Champion:

  • Develop visually compelling designs that resonate with our target audience and support brand storytelling.

  • Ensure adherence to brand standards and deliver top-notch content across all digital channels.

  • Collaboration Ninja:

  • Partner with e-commerce and development teams to maintain image quality, web typography, and design standards.

  • Communicate effectively and manage projects collaboratively to deliver exceptional results.

To be successful in this role, you'll possess:

  • Strong understanding of UX principles and digital design best practices.

  • Experience creating digital assets for e-commerce, email, and social media platforms.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to brand consistency.

  • Proficiency in project management tools.

  • Ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and adapt quickly.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

    Requirements • Proficiency in using CRM and Database systems.

• Familiarity with Facebook Insights and Google Analytics.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
