Job Description
The Customer and App Support team at UCSB is looking to bring on a Business Systems Analyst to support their user assistance and production while members of their existing team shift their focus to a training development program. The end users this person will interface with are UCSB faculty and staff. The BSA will act as the initial point of contact for campus for incoming queries and issues related to Kronos WFC (Workforce Central) including: responding to queries either within the service desk application (ServiceNow) or over the phone, walking customers through problem solving processes, and following up with customers, provide feedback, and seeing problems through to resolution. Additionally, they will work with other System Administrators on implementation efforts for system enhancements. It is imperative that this role has excellent written and verbal communication skills, as they will be documenting ticket solutions and end results.

Skills and Requirements
Technical Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in providing help desk support and training to end users
* 2+ years of experience providing REMOTE support to end users
* Technical knowledge of Kronos WFC (Workforce Central)
* Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infra Library) practices
* Experience in Human Capital Management and Payroll
* Ability to resolve 100 tickets a month on average
Soft Skill Requirements
* Ability to capture and learn new concepts quickly.
* Strong client-facing customer service and communication skills.
* Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills; to interpret and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Attention to detail and accuracy; organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and be confidential. * Experience with ServiceNow
* Background working at UCSB or in higher education (HUGE PLUS) null
