We have an opportunity for a Director, Revenue and Pricing to join our team at our Golden Valley, MN location. The Director of Revenue and Pricing is a hands-on role within the Global Pricing Operations team working directly with the Segment Leadership, Business Unit Leadership, Categories, Product Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders to craft strategies and manage the revenue and pricing of product and service offerings. The scope of this role includes driving revenue and pricing strategy, gathering competitive data, implementing pricing policies, measuring and maximizing price realization, and driving return on programs. Actively engage with executive business partners within the go-to-market organizations to support driving growth, including leading the Revenue and Pricing Council, developing insightful data-driven analysis, and communicating overall company and market trends. Work across the Pool organization to establish methodologies and standard work practices for pricing products and services to increase profit while staying competitive in the markets and regions where we choose to operate and compete for new business. You will: Lead the development and execution of the Pricing Strategy, aligning the Segment's pricing decisions with its integrated portfolio and business strategies Be responsible for establishing and reviewing pricing proposals which includes analysis of sales history, volume forecast, competition, product quality, product availability, value premiums, costs and related factors. Work with multiple functions across the organization to obtain and evaluate information needed to establish and set pricing and pricing structures for product launches and other strategic recommendations. Be responsible for achieving specific Segment objectives by aiding efforts to improve profitability through recommending revenue growth opportunities for price, volume or market share. Directly impacts specific Segment objectives by aiding efforts to improve profitability and/or sales by direct input into pricing decisions and approvals (special programs, rebates, new product pricing and scenarios, and related activities). Be responsible for leading the adoption of best practice pricing tools and processes for the Segment and further build out a pricing analytics foundation that utilizes the Segment's pricing databases to provide strategic insights to cross-functional groups, advance the responsiveness of pricing to ever-changing conditions, and improve the accuracy and speed of developing pricing Develop and monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance, including all areas of revenue and discount waterfall. Develop financial models and forecast for major actions including but not limited to Sales, Dealer Rebates, Distributor Rebates, Volumes Discounts, Price Action. Regularly prepare and present reporting and analysis to Senior Leadership Team, performing financial analysis on bottom line impact of price and discount structures Work on special projects as required Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with Accounting or Finance major 12+ years' experience in Pricing, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Cat gory Management or equivalent experience 6+ years' experience in managing and developing a team Experience working in a matrix organization Thorough understanding of general accepted accounting principles and financial processes Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, with ability to complete necessary analytical reports and provide written commentary and interpretation Forward thinker and problem solver with excellent strategic and tactical planning skills Ability to manage conflicting priorities Able to think in terms of value and offer value capture solutions in response to the situation Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment with rapidly changing priorities Previous experience in implementing a process or system within an organization Experience working with SAP S4 Hana, Strongly Preferred.
