Here’s what we need:

  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Projektterminplänen in allen Projektphasen

  • Regelmäßige Fortschrittskontrolle, Ermittlung von Terminabweichungen und Verzögerungen

sowie Erarbeitung von Gegenmaßnahmen

  • Erstellung von Projektreports (Fortschritts- und Abweichungsanalyse, kritischer Pfad, MTA

Earned Value Management, etc.)

  • Kosten- und Ressourcenmanagement

  • Vor- und Nachbereitung, Moderation und Protokollierung von Workshops und Meetings

  • Schnittstellenfunktion für Projektleitung, Mitarbeiter und weitere Funktionsbereiche

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften,

Ingenieurswissenschaften, Kommunikationsmanagement, Informatik oder eine

vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Langjährige Erfahrung und Hintergrundwissen im Projektmanagement

  • Erfahrung in Großprojekten sehr von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung mit Projektplanungstools (idealerweise Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud

Oracle Lean Scheduling oder andere, z.B. MS Project) wird vorausgesetzt

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse zwingend erforderlich

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit in interdisziplinären Teams

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke

  • Hohe Analysefähigkeit sowie sehr gute Durchsetzungsstärke und Konfliktfähigkeit
