Position location optional: Norway (Oslo) – Denmark (Glostrup) – Sweden (Uppsala)

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic, diverse, and enterprising spirit AGCO EME Aftersales Commercial team, a key sector within the AGCO Aftersales business.

This exciting and challenging role will be responsible for developing AGCO`s Aftersales Strategy to sustain a profitable Distribution network in Scandinavia which delivers industry leading standards of Aftersales support to end customers and maximizes the financial return for AGCO and its Distribution partners from the sale of AGCO Service concepts, Core and Complementary Parts.

The role will be assigned to support Aftersales Commercial teams in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden for all AGCO brands with the development, installation and roll out of key strategic initiatives, including cornerstone digitization projects, interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

What you will do:

The tasks are versatile, and support both internal and external stakeholders is required in areas like:

  • Benefit into the achievement of Parts and Commercial Aftersales objectives for defined market responsibilities

  • Installation of targeted cross functional Dealer Development Action Plans to enhance Distribution Quality through achievement of defined Dealer Standards, CSI Aftersales objectives and enhance Dealer Aftersales profitability

  • Installation of Aftersales Marketing Tools and Service Marketing Programs, supporting conception, development, briefing/training, installation, and monitoring

  • Support National Aftersales Commercial Lead, withmonthly routines of monitoring and measuring Area Aftersales Commercial Managers and Dealer performance using KPIs from Tableau tooling, etc.

  • Prepare and deliver direct communications to dealer network on key initiatives and actions

  • Comply with all AGCO / SOX / FCPA processes and controls

What you will bring:

  • High school or degree standard in a related discipline or high standard relevant education

  • Minimum 5 years previous customer interacting / commercial experience

  • Preferably experience of Agricultural Machinery industry

  • Previous experience can be in Aftersales roles or Wholegoods roles, or Sales experience in comparable industries

  • Previous experience required to be comfortable supporting AGCO IT systems (solid user competence)

  • High standard of English language and grammar is essential for written communications and presentations

  • Choice of Danish/Norwegian/Swedish language skills are beneficial.

  • Solid PC skill including Microsoft Software

We expect you to have a good insight into agriculture business and have a commercial mindset.Our everyday life is changeable with diverse tasks, and it requires you to be flexibleto work extended hours and occasionally travel overnight to dealer and sales meetings.
