Responsibilities
Provide accountability for the leadership and maintenance of the CMDB
Make key IT stakeholders responsible for the direction by owning the CMDB jointly and Conducting Training and coaching
Ensure the team acts as liaisons for Change Control Program for customers
Track lifecycle and status of their of CIs via ITSM tool workspaces
Responsible for ensuring the onboarding team completes follow-on activities with Discovery and Service Mapping teams for operationalization of Services
Responsible for ensuring team attends scrum meetings where status is reported for onboarding tasks related to operationalization of Services, which includes reporting for Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) measuring progress of CMDB Operationalization project
Initial Point of Contact for establishing collaboration and engagement between the CMDB and Change Control Onboarding team and users, and other stakeholders on any additional needs to achieve operationalization of the Services and CIs owned by customers, meeting the criteria for an Operationalized Service onboarded into the CMDB and leveraged for ITSM process activities
Serves as Onboarding Team Lead, liaising with Product and Service stakeholders which may include senior management, partners, clients and technicians to ensure Services onboarded are properly prioritized and onboarding is completed
Qualifications
Must have knowledge of CMBD and ITIL
Must have experience with SharePoint, creating and maintaining SharePoint site
Must have experience with customer engagement
Ability to understand customer needs, and touchpoints
Must have organizational skills
Must have experience training individuals on new task and the ability to lead them thru the process
Must have experience with office 365, adobe, and design software to help produce training material
Experience with managing schedules and meeting deadlines
Experience in using IT Service Management Tools – e.g., ServiceNow or equivalent task management software
Preferred: ITIL Foundations certified
Preferred experience with maintaining service now and power BI dashboards
Education:
Bachelor’s degree business, or related field and 10 years’ experience
Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (18 years total)
Clearance:
The ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation

Remote, USA
Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST)
Pay Range:
The pay for this position ranges from $47,240 to $69,500
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
