Job Title: Molding Operator

Location: Bloomfield, IA

Shift: Night Shift (4:00 pm - 4:00 am)

Schedule: 2 Days On, 2 Days Off, 3 Days On, 2 Days Off, 2 Days On, 3 Days Off

Overtime: May be required

About Us:

Join our dynamic team, where safety and teamwork are our core values. We are seeking motivated individuals to train as Molding Operators in our Molding Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

  • Participate in daily safety routines both individually and as a team member.

  • Operate injection molding machines and secondary machining equipment.

  • Use mechanical lifting aids to safely remove parts from machines.

  • Rotate parts through water baths or cooling rotations.

  • Inspect, tag, bag, box cooled parts, and place them on pallets, conveyors, or in bins.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • High school diploma or GED is required.

  • Valid driver’s license (verification required).

  • General knowledge and experience with various hand tools.

  • Basic computer and math skills.

  • Proficient in English (verbal and written communication).

  • Capable of lifting approximately 20 lbs. without assistance.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete flooring.
