PLEVNA SCHOOL DISTRICT Teachers (Plevna) in GLENDIVE, Montana
Plevna School is actively seeking teachers for the 2024-2025 School Year. Although we prefer certified teachers, we also understand the teacher shortage and to find the best candidate for our TEAM at Plevna School we are willing to work with applicants who hold a BA degree. We are a small rural school located 12 miles northwest of Baker, MT, and 65 miles southeast of Miles City, MT. We have a small student body consisting of approximately 24 (9-12) students, 20 (6-8) students, and 60 (K-12) students. We boast a 5:1 student/teacher ratio. We are a farming/ranching community with great kids. We offer a very generous compensation package. Our base salary is $36,000.00. Our salary range is $36,000.00 to $72,000.00. We allow teachers to bring in up to 18 years of experience. A copy of our Collective Bargaining Agreement is located on our website www.plevnacougars.com plevnacougars.com. A $1,000 signing bonus will be paid on your first day of work. We provide full family health insurance with zero dollars out of pocket. We also put $3,000 in an HSA annually for certified staff. District housing is available. We are implementing a 4-day School Week for the 2024-2025 school year.
