With general guidance in a team environment, responsible for various inspection requirements.

This position will assist NDT and RTS team.

Responsibilities

Assist the NDT personnel with:

  • Logging parts (Xray and FPI).

  • Moving parts to next operation. (FPI or other cells).

  • Write up MDRs for rejected parts

Assist RTS with

  • 8130 overchecks

  • Gaging parts

Qualifications

  • HS diploma or equivalent.

  • At least 2 year of related experience

  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, manufacturer's specifications and internal drawings and procedures.

  • Possess working knowledge of machine shop mathematics.

  • Personal hand tools may be required.

  • Must demonstrate effective verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.

  • Require CMM training to prepare 8130’s.
