New Jersey Mentor , a part of the Sevita family , provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth who may be facing out-of-home placements, transitioning back into the family home or independent living alternatives, or involved in the juvenile justice system. Through our personalized programming, we help youth gain stability, comfort and confidence to overcome all challenges and live well. Therapist – Youth Therapeutic In home/ In community

We offer clinical supervision!

Up to $70,000 (Based on experience)

Are you passionate, self-motivated, and committed about sharing your clinical skills and knowledge with a dynamic team? We deliver an array of services by modeling activities that help to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and families.

  • Help guide children we serve to their fullest potential while in the comfort of their homes

  • Conduct child and family therapy sessions face to face

  • Support the development and implementation of service plans

  • Compose treatment plans and encourage engagement in various therapies

  • Organize and lead treatment meetings through active participation

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with personnel from referring/collateral agencies

  • Integrate whole person care through a strength-based lens

    Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in human services field required

  • Licensed - New Jersey Issued LSW, LCSW, LAC or LPC required

  • Valid driver’s license in good standing

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport.

  • Active listening skills with a focus on empathy and guidance

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • A reliable, responsible, solution-focused attitude and a compassionate approach to whole health care

  • A commitment to quality in everything you do
