Library Associate - Part-time Permanent Position

The Glasgow City-County Library is seeking a part-time permanent Library Associate who is dependable and organized. This job is for someone who enjoys variety in their workload and understands the importance of lifelong learning. The candidate must have basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software. Must be comfortable and knowledgeable in helping patrons on computers and mobile devices.

The library associate will perform technical and clerical duties in support of library operations and activities, working at the circulation desk, helping patrons, processing interlibrary loan materials, working on childrens programs and other activities, assisting with outreach services, and performing a variety of tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility.

Work hours are flexible, Monday-Friday with some nights and some Saturdays.

Pay: $13.50 per hour  Schedule: Permanent part-time position, 32 hours per week
