Description:
The Customer Relations Specialist provides exceptional support to Amneal's sales team and our customers. This position provides customer support to our customers, as well as provides analysis of customer data to the Sales team and internal departments. Provides data internally to share with Finance on customer service level penalties and allocates product orders to avoid supply chain interruptions. Monitors and investigates customer orders, then coordinates internal and external product flow between sales, logistics, and customers. Manages customer on hand inventory and recognizes possible supply issues, overstocks, and out of stocks; suggests corrective measures to resolve the issues. By building these relationships and analysis, our customer is in constant communication so that they can plan accordingly. In addition, Amneal receives valuable information to pass along to sales and production so that Amneal can develop a solid supply chain.

Essential Functions:
Monitors purchasing trends and supply by using customer portal and sales history data.
Analyzes customer inventory levels daily to ensure excellent stock levels and recommends needed changes.
Provides custom financial analysis internally to sales team and externally to customers for meetings, trade shows, etc.
Tracks order and supply issues and shares with customers.
Supplies customer with requested licenses, Certificate of Insurance (COI), Certificate of Authenticity (COA), packing slips, invoices and other needed material.
Analyzes customer orders that will effect direct and indirect purchases. Communicates analysis to customers and works together to lower indirect purchases and mutually gain through direct purchases.
Provides proactive order/backorder confirmation & follows up to minimize customer impact.
Works with the Logistics and Warehouse departments to gather information to share with customers on order delivery times, dates, etc.
Researches and recognizes potential service level penalties and shares information and data with Finance.
Builds relationship with customer replenishment department, constantly striving to expand and strengthen relationship.
Education:
High School or GED - Required
Experience:
3 years or more in Customer Service, Finance
Skills:
Strong ability to multi task - Advanced
Ability to work independently - Advanced
Attention to detail - Advanced
Financial analysis - Advanced
Customer service skills - Advanced
Specialized Knowledge:
Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
Knowledge JD Edwards preferred
