What needs to be done?

In your role as Business Insight & Campaign Manager, you will research, evaluate, analyse external and internal market and business information. Provide ongoing support to sales teams across the region, by leading the development of campaigns targeted to support growth and strategic initiatives.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide sales and operational data to the business indicating areas of concern and highlighting best practice across the Europe region.

  • Conduct market research and monitor sales trends to determine potential sales opportunities outside of the day-to-day sales activities which promote aftermarket growth.

  • Research external market conditions and provide competitor analysis reports to inform strategic decisions in all revenue operations functions.

  • Take the lead as a market research and campaign subject matter expert, supporting European teams with advice, guidance, and training on ways of working and good practice for running targeted campaigns.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Present insights to management, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

  • Collect and consolidate sales and operational data from various sources, including CRM systems, sales reporting, and other relevant platforms to provide valuable performance insights to the business indicating areas of concern and highlighting best practice across the Europe region.

This is a full-time position with the possibility of hybrid working, which will allow you to enjoy the balance of working from home and in the office with the team and cross functional teams.

  • In this role you can expect approx. up to 25% travel for internal meetings, meeting product users / customers and conferences / tradeshows.

  • Minimum A bachelor’s degree as a minimum either in commercial or technical field
