Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for document management systems.

  • Leading the design, development, and implementation of document management solutions to meet the organization's needs.

  • Define technical requirements, system architecture, and development plans to meet project objectives.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

  • Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the document management ecosystem.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines in solution development.

  • Optimize document management processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.

  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to deploy document management solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience

  • 8+ years' experience in leading the design and architecture of document management solutions using IBM FileNet, Datacap, and related technologies.

  • Extensive working experience with IBM FileNet, Datacap, and AWS.

  • Experience in software development, document management systems, and cloud technologies.

  • Experience working in Agile development environment.

  • Experience in Implementing and configuring IBM FileNet and Datacap components to meet business requirements.

  • Excellent leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget are essential for success in this role.

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel. Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations

  • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel

  • Limited immigration sponsorship maybe available

  • IBM FileNet Certification preferred.
