Emerson Customer Service Representative with French at Gilău-2 years in GILAU, Romania

In this position you will be primarily responsible to guarantee a positive customer experience and ensure quick and reliable processing of customer orders from booking to invoicing. Manage speedy and knowledgeable responses to assist customer at any stage of his order and pro-actively solve any problems.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Prepare and process the customer orders daily and provide support by phone and email.

  • Make the necessary checks of project details (End User, End Destination, type of industry, other parties involved in the transaction), by screening in the specific tool (Amber Road) to make sure all Trade Compliance rules are respected.

  • Communicate with customers the standard lead time and standard price list when required.

  • Work closely with internal departments (French Sales Team, quotations, logistics, production) to clarify additional information when needed.

  • Communicate with internal related departments regarding sales orders, shipping and other issues related to sales order processing.

You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. You monitor progress by maintaining dialogue on work and results.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • University degree;

  • English – advanced level;

  • French – advanced level;

  • Good PC skills: MsOffice Package (especially Excel), Outlook;

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service;

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Knowledge of MRP systems is an advantage;

  • Good communication and teamwork skills;

  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking;

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems;
