Position Overview

We are currently looking to add a dynamic Equipment / Jarraff / SkyTrim Operator, CDL preferred, to our passionate team ofutility line clearanceprofessionals who will be servicing the Butler, PA region.

Job Duties

Position involves operating Jarraff / SkyTrim mobile equipment on utility right-of-way Responsible for equipment and crew safety when removing trees on utility right-of-way Assist in all job functions as a member of the crew

Qualifications

What We're Seeking: Love of the outdoors Prefer a minimum of two (2) years mobile equipment operating experience and training which provides the necessary operations skills, knowledge and abilities is required Be capable of successfully passing a mobile equipment operations certification test Ability to complete the Davey Tree Trimmer Orientation Program upon hire Ability to complete the Davey Tree First Aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire Required: valid driver's license Preferred: Commercial Driver's License-Class A or B with Air Brake Endorsement Preferred: line clearance experience or other related tree work Preferred: relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates, if required by state law Preferred: ISA Certified Arborist, ISA Certified Tree Worker, and/or TCIA Certified Tree Care Safety Professional
