Alight Senior Payroll Consultant in Germany, Delaware

ROLE

We are looking for a highly experienced well rounded SAP HCM Payroll (PY) expert. In this Lead Role you will support our clients in all Payroll Germany related questions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading workshops with customer for payroll topics

  • Analyzing client requirements for the PY module

  • Implementing customer requirements in SAP HCM PY module

  • Involvement in onboarding projects

  • Creating functional documentation

  • Encouraging the professional development of team members

  • Support more junior team members and answer their open questions to the PY module

REQUIREMENTS

  • Expert knowledge in SAP HCM PY module

  • German and English fluent

  • Client focus and a good understanding of client needs

  • Positive attitude and collaboration internally and externally

  • Leadership and Motivation
