JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position: Powder Painter Company: KSM Industries Location: Germantown, WI Schedule: 1st shift Hourly Rate: \$17.75/hour+ KSM Industries, Inc. (www.ksmindustries.com) is a contract sheet metal fabricator in Germantown, WI. We offer an aggressive compensation package including 10 paid holidays, 401K, Dental, Health, and Vision Insurance, as well as life and long-term disability Insurance. Responsibilities: Must be familiar with manual powder painting applications and coverage techniques to achieve even coating weights as required by customers\' specs. This position may include conveyor line (continuous) painting, with color changes using pot-fed guns, while other members of the team load, mask, unload, stack & wrap finished parts, as well as a batch system for larger items. As a batch painter, you will be expected to properly clean with a manual pressure washer, dry (in the oven), mask from paint, required areas, per customer drawings, coat by applying powder using box-fed guns, and bake to cure in the batch oven. Maintain, clean, and change over paint equipment, hoses, guns, and feeder pumps for maximum efficiency. KSM uses state-of-the-art Nordson and Gema powder equipment. Print reading is a plus.
