Responsibilities As an Engineering Intern within our Plastic Injection Molding Dept. at J.W. Speaker, you will be immersed in all of the action, working alongside our experienced injection molding and engineering teams. Our interns have a very hands-on experience in our exceptionally clean, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities - with projects ranging from scrap data collection & root cause analysis to 5s improvements to floor documentation updates. Our interns work full time from mid-May to mid-August. Qualifications Must be working towards a plastics engineering, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing engineering degree at an accredited college or university Prefer Junior status, but all school years are encouraged to apply! Typically, the first interview is conducted at your college or university campus or over the phone. The second interview is at the J.W. Speaker corporate headquarters in Germantown, WI.
