Senior Construction Project Manager

Summary of Responsibilities: Binary Exchange Technologies LLCs (Binarys) Senior Construction Project Manager is responsible overall management direction to multiple construction projects (plans, budgets, schedules, organizes, and controls assigned projects). Maintains close contact with clients, monitors construction and financial activities to ensure proper project completion. This position may be on-site for large, complex projects. This position requires up to 75% travel. This position reports directly to the President of Binary Exchange Technologies LLC.

Position Responsibilities and Duties: Initiate and maintain relationship with customer liaisons, owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities. Oversee and provide guidance on projects to Site Supervisor, Site Safety Manager and Quality Control Manager. Work with Binary Site Superintendents and Subcontractors to plan, organize and direct activities related to construction projects. Lead and assist with estimating potential projects Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of Company policy and contract specifications. Confer with Site Supervisors and Subcontractors to discuss such matters as work procedures, complaints and construction problems. Monitor and control project through direction of on-site Site Supervisors and Subcontractors to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget. Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures. Represent Binary and attend project meetings. Work with Binarys Project Assistant to manage monthly project invoicing and subcontractor pay applications to protect Binarys interests and simultaneously maintain good relationships with customers and subcontractors Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to Subcontractors. Update monthly Progress Reports, update Project Schedules including work progress and costs. Work with onsite Site Supervisor to assign Subcontractors to specified project sites. Proactively develop relationships with the subcontractor community. The PM should lead by example and uphold Binarys mission and values

Project Control and Execution: Ensure that every project is managed to maximize customer satisfaction o Ensure project quality control plan is in effect and followed o Ensure punch list is completed to the customers satisfaction o Submit project change orders to clients and/or subcontractors within a week of request o Complete and distribute meeting minutes with 72 hours progress meetings o Return all calls and e-mails within 24 hours o Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines to achieve results o Prepare, complete and submit OandM manuals to clients within 30 days of substantial completion Ensure job processes are followed in accordance with Company policy Proactively monitor the progress of the project through updated schedules Assist the Site Supervisor in resolving scope problems with subcontractors Review and ensure that the safety plan is in place prior to starting work Ensure that the Site Supervisor, Safety Manager and Quality Control Manger are administrating the Safety Plan

General Requirements: U.S. Veteran preferred Must possess a BS/BA in construction management, engineering or business concentration Federal construction contract experience required Must possess a minimum of 5 years of construction management Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Management Role Wide variety of project experience across all divisions required Must be able to speak English including the ability to communicate fluently verbally and in writing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as Adobe Professional Mastery of reading construction d awings; tasks including reading, interpreting, and updating construction project-related drawings Must be self-motivated and punctual Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally Must be professional and polished in appearance and speech OSHA 30 Hour, CPR and First Aid Certifications required USACE CQM Certification required Security clearance preferred Must possess a valid drivers license and reliable transportation Ability to work remotely
