Maintains daily shipping and receiving schedules. Schedules freight pickup with FedEx, UPS, DHL, or customer arranged forwarders. Prepares and maintain reports on various warehouse activities such as inventory records, training records, and shipping documents. Works closely with the customer service and project management teams to communicate status of orders and resolve issues. Keeps track of warehouse supplies and places orders Assist in scheduling of warehouse trainings, corporate audits. Responsibilities Requirements: High School diploma or GED required. Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment required. Experience in scheduling and arranging logistics preferable. Must be comfortable working with MS Word and Excel. Must have ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume environment. Flexibility to work some overtime during weekdays, and to a lesser degree, mandatory weekend work occasionally.
