The Kelly® Professional & Industrial team is looking for Quality Inspectors to join a growing client in Georgetown, TX!

Title: Quality Inspectors

Shift :1st shift: 7am to 3:45pm

Pay Rate: $18.50 an hour

Duration: Temp to Hire

About the Role:

The Production (In Process Quality Control “IPQC”) Inspector is responsible for day-to-day final quality control inspection in the production process and ensuring that production metrics are met. The Production Inspector will focus on defect prevention of the final product.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inspection Area Setup

  • Tool/Equipment setup verification (torque spec, ESD control, etc.)

  • SOP verification

  • 6S actions, knowledge and procedures

  • Monitor the Quality of Output

  • Perform visual inspection of 100% of final products.

  • Identify issues and corrective actions on a real-time basis

  • Create a report for each final product inspected

  • Perform Audits based on the request of leader

  • Issue Resolution

  • Escalate issues impacting the production process

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of relevant work experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task

  • Attention to details with high focus on Quality and Process / Product Improvement

  • Possess a high level of integrity and strong work ethic

  • Capable of lifting a minimum of 30lb
