$100,600 - $123,000

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:

  • Provide first level of salaried supervision of mechanical maintenance personnel in the Pulp Area and Pump Shop

  • Provide Safety Leadership for the maintenance team

  • Work with the maintenance team to improve engagement

  • Lead crew in planned routine work, outage work, and emergency work

  • Improve area reliability through Predictive Preventative, Precision Maintenance

  • Work with the area Reliability Engineer to identify and solve chronic problems

  • Work with the area Process Manager to improve Reliability in the Pulp Area

  • Work with the Area OMC to maximize efficiency of the crew through effective planning and scheduling

  • Track and control repair labor costs

  • Track and control repair material costs

  • Track and control contracted services costs

  • Track and control repair job costs for the annual outages

  • Track work execution metrics and work to meet or exceed targets in each metric

  • Support RCFA, MWS, 5S initiatives

  • Support Reliability GMS Element teams

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of at least 2 years of supervisory or related experience

  • Proficiency with SAP preferred
