The Partner Network ecosystem is an integral part of CSOD’s business and success. As a Partner Services Manager you are key to the complete E2E partner engagement within the CSOD platform across Alliances/Sales, Enablement and Delivery Assurance. Working closing with Alliances/Sales, Services, Operations and Finance this role exists for the purpose of overseeing the services side of the partner relationship. CSOD has an extensive Global Service Delivery Partner network and this role will manage a portfolio of key service partner relationships serving an essential role in the health of the CSOD services partner eco-system. The primary functions of this role are to ensure CSOD service partner quality, compliance to CSOD systems and certification process.

In this role you will...
Assist in partner onboarding alongside Alliances Manager and Enablement to ensure new consultants are getting through services certification process prior to services delivery
Work directly with services partners to ensure they adhering to ongoing certification requirements as well building out their certification bench
Manage partner capability matrix for the purpose of ensuring CSOD services teams are aligned to the certification status of each partner consultant in the eco-system
Manage pipeline of services inclusive work (CSOD papered) to services partners performing this work
Handle partner subcontracting for CSOD papered business through use of CSOD purchase order system
Review partner invoices and approve/deny based on payment terms, project progress, and partner compliance
Ensure partner timesheet and project milestone compliance using CSOD project management tool
Manage services components of partner contractual agreements, work with legal as needed to update/adjust contractual terms
Manage Partner Scorecard for the purpose of designating partner achievement levels (Gold, Silver, Bronze)
Manage feedback from CSOD teams on partner performance
Provide feedback to partners pertaining to service quality
Assist CSOD sales/services in handling client escalations on partner consultants
Conduct Business Reviews alongside Alliances Managers
You’ve got what it takes if you have...
A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology or equivalent
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional etiquette
Outstanding service-orientation and strong interpersonal skills that create positive relationships
High level of detail orientation and organization
Ability to be autonomous and solution multi-dimensional situations involving various CSOD teams spanning services, finance and sales
A proven ability to deal with high-stress situations calmly and methodically

Experience with Talent Management applications or managing Alliances/Partner relationships
