We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Project Leader in Geel. Join our team and contribute to advancing pharmaceutical operations!

Your Role

As a project leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are prepared, executed, and validated qualitatively and methodically. Your responsibilities will span from initial scoping and requirements gathering to project implementation, validation, and final delivery.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and facilities to assess project activities;

  • Compile project cost estimates, propose solutions, and create project plans;

  • Develop design specifications with facilities, Quality, and SHE;

  • Implement projects using a validated Control of Change process and coordinate installations;

  • Schedule and oversee all validation tests conducted by Quality;

  • Lead status review meetings with Facilities, Quality, and Operations;

  • Manage a portfolio of ongoing and new project requests;

  • Monitor KPIs such as complaints/deviations, temperature stability, and budget/timeline adherence.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field with an interest in client relations, or economics/marketing with an interest in technology;

  • Previous experience in a pharmaceutical production environment (operations, project management, or consulting);

  • Expertise in quality management, legislation related to safety and environment;

  • Certification in project management methodology (Prince2 or equivalent), logistics knowledge, and proficiency in PC tools (Office);

  • Fluency in both Dutch and English;

  • Strong leadership skills, effective communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, organizational insight, flexibility, commitment, persuasiveness, discretion, judgment, sense of responsibility;

  • Align Kuehne-Nagel logistics processes with required healthcare and pharma process capability;

  • Establish and maintain a project portfolio to further develop pharma operations in Geel;

  • Conduct trend analysis of internal or external deviations and complaints, leading to process improvements aligned with GxP requirements and pharma client needs;

  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, GxP norms (FDA and EU EMA), and national quality and safety regulations (personnel and product safety);

  • Set up a project structure and knowledge environment to analyze business cases and monitor project delivery costs versus budget.
