Roles and Responsibilities

  • Organizing the shipment and all processes of export & import goods and managing international logistics processes

  • Managing inward processing regime, organizing work orders according to the certificate usage, import limits will be followed for the certificate

  • AEO requirements follow up, avoiding the risk of losing achieved exemptions

  • Follow up custom clearance issues and covering all necessary documentations

  • Work together with a related department on the preparation and follow-up of documents related to export operations

  • Item number-based HS code classification controls and comparing the year base records

  • Following global GE customs compliance rulings

  • Ensure coordination between domestic and international customers and colleagues who are in charge with supplier and the manufacturing sites

  • Support the preparation of proposals, preparation of necessary certificates, related documents and follow-up until the end of the order process

  • Close follow up over tax & duty advances, forecasting the operation and ordering the need from related departments

  • Provide necessary support to all parts of factory

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration, economics, logistics or related departments of universities

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, import & export and international logistics, transformer sector experience is an advantage

  • Knowledge of technical regulations related to logistics such as import/export and customs regulations

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office programs and able to use ERP and similar systems, SAP knowledge

  • Able to travel to the customs points and related offices

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
