Carrier is seeking a motivated candidates to join our System Integration Group team in the role of Customer Service Specialist. The System Integration Group (SIG) provides daily services for critical life systems of LenelS2’s. The Customer Service Specialist position reports to the SIG Manager and works directly with the Value Added Reseller, System User and members of various departments within including but not limited to Technical Support, Customer Service, Advanced Services, Embedded Services, Inside Sales, and Training, Vendors etc.

Obowiązki:

  • Nadzór i organizowanie pracy zespołu 5-10 osobowego rozwijającego aplikacje webowe (TypeScript, React, REST API)

  • Uczestniczenie w pracach developerskich

  • Wdrażanie nowych pracowników

  • Współpraca z zespołem kierowniczym projektu (Product Manager, Program Manager,Engineering Manager)

  • Praca w międzynarodowym środowisku

Oczekiwania:

  • Wykształcenia wyższe w obszarze informatyki lub pokrewnym

  • Doświadczenie na stanowisku kierowniczym lub chęć rozwoju w takie roli

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość technologii webowych (HTML, CSS, TypeScript, React)

  • Kreatywność, samodzielność oraz wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne

  • Znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację

  • Mile Widziana znajomość metodyk Agile
