    Job Description

    Gary Lighthouse Charter School is searching for an Office Assistant/Attendance & File Clerk for the 2022-2023 School Year. This position pays $13.00 per hour. Prior office experience required.

    Positions are temporary to start with possible options for longer employment based on need.

Skills & Requirements

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • At least two (2) years in similar position or a position with comparable functions.

  • Reading, writing, and mathematics skills equivalent to a High School graduate.

  • Valid driver's license for assignments that involve travel between buildings or to pick up supplies.

  • Basic computer literacy.

  • Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to work on a team.

  • Effective oral communication skills are required.

  • The position works 12 months per year. This person does work during school vacations.
