ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Supervise field personnel

  • Responsible for planning and managing production and safety on the project

  • Evaluating project work scopes

  • Reviewing plans and specifications

  • Coordinating field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers

  • Monitoring daily job costs

  • Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Ensure that all work meets project specification

  • Maintains accurate reporting of materials used and time reporting for field personnel

    Qualifications

  • Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in bridge related field preferred

  • Must be able to read blueprints, and possess hands-on knowledge of every aspect of bridge construction

  • Excellent supervisory and communication skills

  • Ability to oversee the entire construction of bridges from start to finish

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills

  • Must have good organization skills

  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure environment

  • Basic computer and mobile device skills

  • Problem solving skills with attention to detail
