Full job description *Looking for a job with promotion opportunities? We offer on the job training, weekly pay, overtime and raises for time earned!

Access, coach and provide support to Traffic Controllers. Field Supervisors time is spent 90% in field, 10% in an office environment. Daily tasks include planning job inspections route, stocking vehicles with proper signs, equipment and supplies. Travel to job sites and inspect site for safety and quality violations. Complete and submit all proper paperwork associated with field inspections.

The Field Supervisor reports directly to the Operations Manager for that location.

Responsibilities:]{lang="EN"}*

  • Be proficient in all Crew Lead activities
  • Check job sites and document all observations.
  • Ensure that all safety policies, and procedures are being followed at each site.
  • Ensure that all appropriate equipment is available and that all workers understand the requirements for site equipment
  • Assist in making sure all proper documentation is up to date with workers schedules.
  • Assist with coordinating client needs.
  • Must be available to be back up coverage for any evening and weekend calls if needed.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours Monday-Friday and weekends when needed.
  • Assist in ensuring all vehicles are kept clean and in good working condition at all times.
  • Must be able to respond (as required) to emergency call outs.
  • Reports to the Senior Field Supervisor
  • Read and comprehend Wright safety manual and employee handbook
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and must maintain a clean driving record.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to professionally communicate with clients and the general public
  • Requires commensurate computer literacy
  • Prior experience for leading, managing and supervising a team (required).
