Job Purpose

To contribute and support Planning and Business Excellence Department in delivery of strategic and operational business improvement projects across Al Tayer Group.

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery Support

  • Project Definition & Planning : Collaborate with Business Excellence (BE) Leads/Managers to develop detailed project proposals and charters, defining scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

  • Project Execution : Actively support project implementation by managing distributed tasks, conducting research, data collection and cleansing, financial/statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and process modeling.

  • Project Monitoring & Control : Ensure timely execution of project tasks, adhering to directions from BE Leads / Manager in accordance with governance requirements. Support BE Leads in providing regular status updates to sponsors and stakeholders.

  • Project Closure : Work closely with BE Leads/Managers to finalize all project tasks, secure sponsor approval, log learnings, and ensure compliance with documentation and knowledge management standards.

Team Collaboration

  • Exhibit strong teamwork and contribute positively to team dynamics.

Education/Certification

  • A full-time Master’s degree in Business Studies, Finance, Engineering , or a related field.

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent quality certifications are an advantage.

Years of Experience

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience within business management or project support roles.Experience in Automotive industry preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Project Management : Capable of organizing and executing work across multiple work streams.

  • Data Analysis : Skilled in analyzing large data sets, identifying trends, performing financial/statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and process modeling.

  • Problem Solving : Ability to think critically and creatively, offering structured and “out-of-the-box” solutions.

  • Project Management Tools : Strong understanding of project management processes, methodologies, and tools.

  • Software Proficiency : Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn risk management software tools.

  • Time Management : Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while multitasking.

  • Communication & Decision Making : Strong skills in communication, analysis, negotiation, and decision-making.
