WATTS Manufacturing Engineer in Gardolo, Italy

La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno dell’Ufficio Manufacturing e si occuperà dell’industrializzazione dei nuovi prodotti seguendo tutti gli aspetti tecnici e documentali dei reparti produttivi.

Si occuperà di:

  • industrializzazione di nuovi prodotti.

  • imputazione, revisione, aggiornamento dei cicli di lavorazione.

  • elaborazione di preventivi.

  • supervisione dei processi di fabbricazione, sia interni che in outsourcing.

  • controllo dei costi di produzione.

  • individuazione delle migliori azioni correttive in relazione ad anomalie e difetti riscontrati.

  • analisi e proposte di nuovi investimenti.

  • implementazione dei principi della produzione snella (Lean Production).

  • redazione delle istruzioni di lavoro.

  • studio e progettazione di banchi di assemblaggio, attrezzature e posaggi per il montaggio di particolari mediamente complessi.

COMPETENZE RICHIESTE

  • Analisi tempi e metodi.

  • Problem solving e capacità di analisi.

  • Conoscenza delle principali lavorazioni meccaniche quali tornitura e fresatura.

  • Conoscenza del disegno meccanico, dei sistemi CAD 2D e 3D (preferibilmente SOLID WORKS).

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese.

  • Si richiede: Diploma di Meccanica e/o Laurea in Ingegneria dei materiali.

  • E’ gradita precedente esperienza nel settore valvole e raccorderia.
